Dr. Paul Goodman
Dr. Paul Goodman is a practicing general dentist and the managing partner of a group practice with two locations along with his brother, Jeffrey, in Mercer County, NJ. Over the past ten years, Dr. Goodman has acquired three dental practices and has transformed his father’s general practice into a dental group that employs multiple general dentists, specialists, and over twenty team members in two locations.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2002, Dr. Goodman pursued additional training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. During his general practice residency and hospital fellowship at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Dr. Goodman had the fortunate opportunity to learn how to place and restore dental implants. Dr. Paul Goodman is also known as Dr. Nacho. Founder of the Dental Nachos Facebook group dedicated to helping dentists and teams increase their success, happiness and most of all, have more fun dentisting.

Dr. Marc Dorio
Dr. Marc Dorio is a results-oriented Organizational Effectiveness and Training professional as well as author of nine books, with over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience gained with organizations in a wide variety of industries and settings. His professional experience ranges from Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Development to Team Development and Executive Coaching. Prior to forming his company, Marc was Managing Director of a regional management consulting firm for 11 years and Vice President of Organizational Development and Change Management for a software development company for 3 years.
Marc holds both a Th.M. (doctorate) in Theology and a M.Div. from St. Bernard’s Theological Seminary in Rochester, N.Y. as well as an M.S. in Industrial /Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J. In addition, he also has done graduate studies in Organizational Change at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Psychiatry. Marc is a frequent guest on both local and national TV and radio news/talk shows. His comments appear frequently on websites such as SmartMoney.com, CNN.com, MarketWatch.com, Moneyish.com and in publications such as The Wall Street Journal , Cosmopolitan Magazine, Woman’s Day, US News & World Report.
