Meet Your Instructors
Starting out as an assistant in California, Kiera found her niche and knew she connected well with patients, doctors and staff. With this knowledge, Kiera advanced her career to working front office, followed by working at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine for three years, then helping a Midwestern University graduate start her own practices straight out of dental school taking the office from $500K to $2.4 million and opening her second location, to finally starting her own consulting company which now, combined with the Dental Success Institute, serving over 180 office globally.
Kiera is passionate about teams and how they can help doctors reach their highest heights! As a consultant and coach, Kiera doesn’t take the approach to enter an office, tell you what to do and then leave. Instead, she invests herself into every practice, every doctor, and every employee getting to know them personally to deliver the results that are paramount for your success.
Dr. Stephanie Mapp has 25 years of dental experience as well as continuing education. She attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry after only three years of undergraduate education in the Psychology Department. She has worked in many types of dental practices representing all ranges of socioeconomic backgrounds from public health to boutique FFS offices. Her experience presented her with exposure to many types of management systems. After 8 years as an associate she created a start-up practice which is still going strong after 18 years. She purchased a second practice 9 years later. Having been both an associate dentist and hiring associate dentists, she has a unique perspective on how to be an employee as well as an owner.
Dr. Bob Pick is a popular business practice management consultant, coach, bestselling author, entrepreneur, and professional speaker known for his high energy, fast moving, motivational, highly educational, and entertaining programs. Dr. Pick is the CEO of The Pick Group, a practice management firm based on ethics and excellence all designed to yield a happy, healthy and wealthy practice! He is also in private practice and in the “trenches” just like you. He is also a member of the attending staff of Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the Northwestern University’s Medical School.
